Embark on an otherworldly adventure this May the Fourth with our themed hike through the mystical trails of Silver Star (Wars) Mountain. Join fellow adventurers as we traverse 6.8 miles through scenic landscapes reminiscent of galaxies far, far away. From towering forests that evoke the lush forests of Endor to rocky terrains mirroring the desolate landscapes of Tatooine, every step of the 2000 feet of elevation will immerse you in the spirit of your favorite space saga.

Dress in your favorite Star Wars attire, whether you're channeling the Jedi Order, the Sith Lords, or your favorite droid companion. And may the Force be with you as we celebrate this special day in true galactic style

Recent trail reports mention there is quite a bit of snow on the trail. We will assess the trail conditions as we get closer to early May. If needed we may switch to a different trail for a wildflower hike or require snowshoes. 

Hike: 6.7 miles out and back

Elevation Gain: ~2000 feet 

Travel time from PDX: 1 hour and 20 minutes
