This climb will be focused on mentorship, leadership development, providing opportunities for those who have demonstrated volunteerism for the Mazamas or comparable volunteer outdoor organization. It will largely be an experiential learning opportunity to develop critical decision making skills regarding, navigation, risk mitigation and protection, group management, and communication.
